1Will I be refunded if I cancel my order?

If you cancel the order before it’s picked by Jovi rider, you won’t get a refund. You can always request a refund by contacting Jovi’s customer service officer if you received a below-standard product or if your Jovi rider doesn’t deliver the requested product.

2Can I make my orders round the clock?

No, you can place your orders from 8 am till 12 am, seven days a week.

3What is a pitstop?

The Jovi app allows you to add five pitstops in a single order. A pitstop could be a restaurant, pharmacy, bakery, grocery store, or any shop, office, or residential address where you want the Jovi rider to deliver or pick your order.

4What can I order with the Jovi app?

You can order food from your favorite restaurant, purchase grocery and cosmetic items, buy vaping products, get medicines from reputable pharmacies, purchase confectionary or stationery items, and get anything (including parcels and gifts) delivered anywhere in the twin cities at any time of the day.

5What if my ordered product is not available?

Your rider will keep in touch with you. By using our app’s chat option, you can either tell your Jovi rider to replace the product or cancel the order. You can’t cancel or replace the order once your rider has purchased it.

6Do I have any minimum order requirements?

No. You do not have to meet any minimum order requirements. You can order anything in any quantity from your desirable shop, store, bakery, pharmacy, or restaurant. You can add up to five pitstops in a single order.

7How can I place my order on Jovi?

You can easily place your order on Jovi by following the steps listed below:

 

  • Signup/Sign in to your account
  • Select your actual location
  • Choose the Vendors available in your vicinity
  • Select the items or products you want to order
  • Add them to Your Cart
  • Add the promo code (If you do have any)
  • Click on the Check Out button
  • Add the Final Destination Address (Where you want the products to be delivered)
  • Select payment method
  • Press the “MangWOW!” button

8Can I cancel my order on the Jovi app?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as the rider has not paid for it to the vendor. Once the order is processed, you cannot cancel it.

9Can I make any changes in my order on the Jovi app?

It is not possible to update or change once it is placed on the Jovi app. Also, you can’t change or update the pitstop locations once you have confirmed your order. In case you want to add some other items, you will have to place a new order.

10Can I check the status of my order on the Jovi app?

Yes, you can. Simply go to the “My Orders” tab in your Jovi app and monitor the progress of your order.

11How can I communicate with the Jovi Rider if I have to request special instructions?

You can communicate with your Jovi Rider via voice chat and text chat options on the Jovi app.

12How can I retrieve my lost or forgotten login information on the Jovi app?

You can retrieve your last or forgotten login information by clicking on the “Forgot Password” button and receiving information at your email address.

13Where do I find new promo codes on the Jovi app?

You can find a “My Goody Bag” section in the side menu of the app. This section contains available promotions and instructions on how to use them.

Yes, you can remove or edit a pitstop while setting up your order on the Jovi app. You can click on the “Remove Pitstop” or “Edit Pitstop” button to delete or edit a pitstop on the Jovi app.

3How can I use a promo code while placing an order on the Jovi app?

You can apply the promo code on the “Check Out” page while placing your order on the Jovi app.

12How to Book Orders on the Jovi app?

Please follow the instructions listed below.

 

  1. On your home screen, press the “Jovi” button.
  2. You will be redirected to add your pitstop locations.
  3. Add up to 5 pitstop locations. Pitstop locations are points where you want your rider to pick/drop something.
  4. If something needs to be bought, you can toggle the “Buy for Me” option.
  5. You can buy products worth up to PKR 10,000 in a single order.
  6. You can place the order after adding all your pitstops.

13Where can I use this app?

You can use the Jovi app for the best home shopping experience in the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

14How can I install the app?

The Jovi app is available on both Android and iOS supported smartphones. You can download and install it from Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

15What payment methods Jovi app supports?

You may pay for your order with “Cash on Delivery”, “Credit or Debit Card”, “JazzCash”, and “Easypaisa” options.

1How can I retrieve my lost or forgotten login information on the Jovi app?

: You can retrieve your last or forgotten login information by clicking on the “Forgot Password” button and receiving information at your email address.

2What documents are required to sign up for the Jovi app?

You can sign up for the Jovi app with your mobile number, email address, driver’s license, your motorcycle’s original papers, and personal information (tenant agreement, police clearance certificate, etc.).

3Do I have to carry amount like other such services?

Yes, you should carry at least PKR 3,000 every morning, which will be compensated by the company at the end of the day.

4Can customers change their order once the rider has picked up from the vendor?

No. Once the rider has picked up the product from the vendor, customer cannot make any changes in the original order.

5What if the ordered product is not available at the store or restaurant?

: If the requested product is out of stock or not available with the vendor, you would contact the customer via chat on the Jovi app. If customers ask you to get them an alternative similar product, you can purchase it.

6What if the overall value of the order exceeds the amount rider has?

In this case, the rider will contact the company’s customer relations officer and he will get the amount transferred to his Jovi Wallet via Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.

You can add money to your wallet using one of the following options:

if you have sufficient money in your wallet, you can also withdraw cash by giving an amount and a drop-off location.

4What if the ordered product is out of stock?

In this case, our Jovi rider will contact customers and seek their guidelines. If allowed, you can provide a similar product.
